TERRATEST GmbH has developed and produced the „TERRATEST 3000“ light falling weight deflectometer and distributes this modern instrument only through professionals in order to guarantee to each individual customer a complete and qualified training at the delivery of the goods.

Almost all components, such as, for example, the turned and milling parts and most of the electronic box ones are made in Germany and fulfill the highest quality standards. The restricted production tolerances of the light falling weight deflectometer provided by the German and Austrian regulations are guaranteed by a very precise production progress, completed by severe controls during the final phase.

The excellent coating of the metal components and the use of tough and selected materials make this device perfectly suitable for road constructions and guarantee a long life of your „TERRATEST 3000“.

During the development of the electronic box and of the GPS system we have used the latest components present in the market. Everything has been realized together with our partner MCS Berlin.

We have filed a patent for this WORLDWIDE INNOVATION. Therefore „TERRATEST 3000“ is the one and only light falling weigh deflectometer with integrated GPS system able to take the coordinates of the tested points and to give a global position situation.

Before delivery all instruments are checked to verify the perfect functioning and, for each piece, a calibration protocoll is issued in accordance to the german technical regulations TP BF-StB section B 8.3. Click here for more information about the calibration.

We have already applied for a patent for the „TERRATEST 3000“ by the German Patent and Trademark Office. Therefore „TERRATEST 3000“ is worldwide the one and only light falling weight deflectometer with GPS system. Manufacturing with modern CNC machines The production tolerances required be the german regulations for the production of the light falling weight deflectometer are very severe. „TERRATEST 3000“ is produced in Germany by means of the latest CNC machines and fulfils therefore the high quality standards required. Before shipping the instrument to our customers, these standard are check once more.
