The portable falling weight deflectometer „TERRATEST 3000“
In conformity with both the German and Austrian regulations, before the delivery each instrument has to be calibrated by an officially recognized institute. The force of the drop weight has to be of 7070 Newton, the stardard deviation is maximum of 20 Newton. Also the impact time is checked, to verify that it’s exactly 17 milliseconds as required.
During the check, the displacement is verified by means of a transducer and compared with the displacements registered by the „TERRATEST 3000“ sensor. These tests are performed with a hard, a medium and a soft basis. Also in this case the displacements have to be very close to each other to meet the required calibration qualifications.
„TERRATEST 3000“ fulfil all the calibration rules required, or better still is further below the limit values demanded. Therefore with our „TERRATEST 3000“ you will be sure to acquire an officially recognized instrument able to give you always precise results.
